Start your day at sunrise with a great cup of coffee and get out for a morning surf session. Enjoy your breakfast in the ocean breeze, explore the long, wide, virgin beaches, or swing in a hammock under the shade of a palm tree. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, fan and hot water, and the hotel also has a telephone and satellite TV with DVD. Our full service restaurant serves greats meals, ice-cold beers and coctails, and our local crew is sure to win you over with their legendary Nicaraguan charm.

The hotel was finished in June of 2006, and is located near a long, beautiful beach less than one kilometer from the famous Popoyo surf break. The Playa Guasacate surf break within walking distance, only five minutes away. A fully equipped boat is available for surfers and adventure lovers, enabling them to reach the best surf of the moment.
